The Society's President is Reggie Chambers. He is responsible for setting and monitoring the goals of CFSS, running meetings, appointing directors and masters and delegating tasks as necessary, recruiting, training, and retaining members and maintaining regular communication with the Executive Council, High Council, and Council.

The Society's Vice President/Treasurer is Tammy Schakett. Her role as Vice President of CFSS is responsible for assisting the President in their duties and taking over the President’s role if they are unable to perform their duties. The Vice President also presides over club and board meetings when the President is unavailable. They work with the President to help create a budget and manage club finances, including an annual audit.
The CFSS treasurer controls CFSS’s money, both its collection and disbursement. He or she collects member dues, prepares and monitors the budget, maintains accurate financial records, and prepares and submits all required tax documents.

Lauren Bisplinghoff is the CFSS secretary responsible for ensuring that all the affairs of CFSS are carried out in a smooth and transparent manner. Additionally, she will record the minutes of meetings, including decisions or recommendations, members who attended the meeting and those who were absent. After a meeting, a final draft is prepared and sent to all the members for review, approval, and disseminating to the Councils and members.
